I signed up for a 14 day free trial of the MindMaster product on April 6th. I cancelled my product on April 19th which was 13 days into the free trial. On April 20th I was charged for the product. When I contacted the owner he said that when I signed up it stated that the product had to be cancelled by a specific date, which it did not. On the website it clearly states 14 day free trial - cancel anytime during the free trial. The owner refused to refund my money and refused to honor the 110% money back guarantee. I wasn't asking for 110% back I just wanted the original amount back. As far as I am concerned the owner is very dishonest and I hope others read this before trying his "free trial" that doesn't end up being free and they get stuck with a bous piece of software!
