Time Warner Cable
Very poor service

To whom it may concern. We have been calling for repairs to the internet for two months going on three now and no has repaired the service yet our internet goes out during the night and does not come on again to 8am in the morning. I had to port my phone to a cell phone do to being on call 24hrs. A day. Our cable for tv always works but the internet is always going down at the same time which is not acceptible. The work order is never complete and the people we talk to keep giving us a new work order number. If the problem is not resolved by January 31st we will be dropping time warner cable and going with someone who is more reliable. Sincerely Michael Cashdolla
