8/16 Requested Item # 20-LFT-001 (Lifetime Collection CDs) - $211.50. Didn't obtain them-and needed to contact customer support. On or about 9/8 received them. 9/10 - unearthed that Quantities 3,4 & 5 were identical tracks of Size 4. Quite simply, these were exactly the same tracks with various brands. Approached the Writer, Shad Helmstetter on Facebook and described the issue. He explained he'd check out the issue and offered me a telephone number and individual to get hold of that will aid me using the problem. 9/12 - Named the amount directed at me by Shad Helmstetter and quit a voice-mail. 9/14 - Named again and was not able to abandon a note since the mail was complete. 9/15 - Named again and was not able to abandon a note since the mail was complete. Approached Shad Helmstetter again on Facebook and proceed no response. Tried giving a fax communication towards the organization and also the verification statement suggested no solution. 9/16 - Named again and quit two voice emails including: - Declaring the issue using the order. Leaving my contact info including my tackle and cell phone number. - A demand the proper alternative CDs be delivered to me overnight. 9/24 - Up-To this time, no body has answered, or did I get the proper items. I submitted a cost challenge type with my lender plus they are presently focusing on receiving me a return. Used to do not return the item since results need a return authorization number. I'm not able to achieve anybody who'll aid me. I can offer copies of my communication using the merchant.
