Back in late June of Lifefaceonweb.com took $519.00 from my checking account without warning or questions. They claimed it was for a Terms of Service penalty and that I was using the video I purchased from their company on multiple websites.

I immediately contacted the company and explained that I was launching a new website that created subdomain sites for my users. The system was inadvertently replicating the page with the said video on it and it appeared that I was using it for monetary gain on other sites. That was not the case and no one would ever reach this URL. My website programmers IMMEDIATELY corrected the mistake.

I called livefaceonweb.com and explained the situation to their CEO, Eduard Shcherbakov. After hearing the situation he understood fully and agreed it was a mistake and that he would refund the money right away. For the next TWO months he claimed he tried to refund the money to my account but was unsuccessful.
