Drive Financial is a total RIP OFF. I am interested in a class action lawsuit in Michigan Carol Streams

I am currently a Drive Financial customer. When I purchased my vehicle almost 3 yrs ago. I put $3,000 down. When I received my paperwork, I was told that I had to pay Drive Financial 3,000 to finance me. So the total of my vehicle was $14,000. It basically look like I put nothing down. This was told to me after my paperwork was signed. Why do you have to pay a company to finance you? The other problem that I have is that they constantly call you even when you are 1day late. I have received over 10calls in one day from this company.
When messages are left, I attempt to call that person back. They may have just left the message, but when I call them back, I am told that they are not available and that person is now my new acct manager.

My interested is out of this world. I've been paying for this car almost three years and out of that time, only $300.00 has went to the principal of the loan.By the time I pay that car off, I would have paid enough to have purchased two brand new cars.

IS THERE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them? If so, I would like to join it. Someone please keep me informed, I live in Michigan
