Craw Kan Telephone - Ckt.net ripoff dishonest monopoly VERY poor customer assistance overpricing practices should be illegal

Go to www.ckt.net and check out their pricing, it's incredibly high to begin with, and be guaranteed it goes downhill from there. I pay at least $115 a month for LIMITED internet service and long distance phone. If i could only 2.5 miles east, Sprint offers the SAME service, and better, for $31 a month or so. But the best part is... Craw Kan has this entire area monopolized (how can this be legal?) and you have NO choice! I paid to have a brand new 2nd line ran into my house for internet.

The TOTAL BEST speed i can acquire is 33.6.. But it is usually 24.4 0r 19 kbps... Customer service will not even return our calls... If they do, "its your modem"... I feel as tho we have been totally abandoned in this area, and I am TOTALLY SURE Craw Kan telephone is taking full advantage of us. It is a rural area, anything but dial-up is light years away from these peoples understanding i swear... But 19.9 DIAL UP FOR their prices??? And the best part... THEY DO NOT offer unlimited access times! Oh well... If you move to eastern Kansas or western Missouri, STAY AWAY from Craw-Kan Telephone service area. You will be VERY sorry!
