THIS IS THE LETTER I WROTE TO ASKDRTECH
ATTENTION MANAGEMENT
I am writing, in hopes that this message will be delivered to the correct person.in the last few months your service has not been what you advertise on your home page and you charged my credit card without my permission. My wife and I have spent up to 12 hours on hold with the same annoying music playing. When we have been able to reach you, that wait has been up to 3 hours for a call back. Then, most times, we find that it is impossible to understand the person who returns the call because he or she is not fluent in English, made worse by the constant breaking up of the signal.
Since you have not lived up to your promise, we want to discontinue service and receive a refund on our unused time. I have called directly 3 times and have been promised a call back. So far I have received no call, although I was promised that a supervisor would contact me.
We have given you every chance to respond and if you do not respond in 24 hours, we will report your inaction the Better Business Bureau, the Department of California Consumers Affairs and any other venue I can find including the web to report, your terrible business practices and service.
