Refused to cancel automatic charges

We tried to cancel our acount 3 years ago by calling first. All of our messages went unanswered so we sent two letters to the address for the company addressed to Adam Smith. Those also were unanswered but not returned so one would assume they were received. Our next attempt was to send a registered mail latter of our intent to cancel our account with return receipt requested. That item never came back and the receipt never came back. To this day our voice mails left for Adam Smith and emails are never answered and they continue to try and charge our card the $89.95 fee every month. We actually had to cancel our credit card to get the charges to stop, but that has not stopped the attempts to put through a charge every month. Beware of this guy. Also, I checked his address listed for him on his web site and it doesn't exist. He claims to be located on Sunset Harbour Dr. When you search the address with USPS there is no Sunset Harbour Drive in Miami, FL. So where does this guy work from really.
