This people charged my account 4 times with the sum of $51.45, even though the CSR knows this is a fraud transaction he denied to provide any information to me.internet

I had been charged for this company NETWEB SALE 4 times in my account, I called customer service and explained that this transaction was a fraud; to please provide the address that they supposed to deliver and the customer service rep denied to give me any information, I've been trying for more than 2 weeks talked to somebody regarding my refund and everytime is a different story.
Obvious this people somehow get people bank information and need to be stopped.
