We'd Verizon update our online sites to Fios 4 weeks before. Since that time the support is along between 1 and 3 times per month. Customer support stinks. Lastly, we got so fed up with the countless hours allocated to the telephone together (plus heading elsewhere for crucial online connections) that people requested to get a credit for the down-time (and of course YOUR period and gasoline). NO DEAL!"Sorry, friend, we can not provide a credit for almost any period down significantly less than twenty four hours." Or for that numerous times along possibly, it seems. LIARS
The only real receptive people only at that ensemble have been in the revenue office. Normally, it is delay on-hold, no thought for the lost-time and support (did I note we have been through 2 containers - in 4 MONTHS!).
Verizon stinks. Do not get caught. Move elsewhere. We are going to eliminate this oversold albatross.
