Terrible first experience

Horrible first encounter. I understood delivery was 2-3 weeks, my purchase required only a little more than 3 weeks. Two models of glass containers came damaged. Delivered in a container without any bubblewrap, etc. Therefore OBVIOUSLY they came damaged. Need to return at my very own cost, was guaranteed "breaks" for delivery but I'm wont utilize them since I wont purchase again.
