Sold me pc satellite tv software but it is not working no help do not answer email Internet

I purchased a software program to be able to watch Sport events like Soccer games or watch a movie

It did work in the beginning not the best but ok. I paid for a so called Member, s Elite Area, everytime I clicked on this link nothing happens Internet Explorer can not display this webside. I contacted Tv Satellite several times they never applied back to me, or gave me any kind of help. A buisness like that should not be selling on the internet and ripping People off.
