Purchased this product for $49.99. There is no support what so ever. I have a degree in Computer Science and was just barely able to install it over a period of several days. To put it mildly it is a piece of crap. The channels are nothing you would care to watch.
If you have the extra $49.99 and want to watch something more entertaining I would suggest you flush the $49.99 down the toilet. You will be much more entertained.
