Jeremy or Amalia (Maly) They stole my identity to make fraudulent purchases at Overstock.com!

I am a recent victim of identity theft. On September 10th at 10am a front desk employee of the Hotel Occidental, located at 410 Elm St. San Diego, Ca 92101, used my credit card information, billing address and identity to make online purchases in the amount of $359.59 without my consent. I was a guest of this hotel and this is where the individual obtained my information. I have emailed proof of these documents that I sent to the hotel to confirm the reservation as well as proof of the transaction. The goods were going to a front desk employee Amalia (Maly) at the Hotel Occidental address. I have filed a police report with the Los Angeles Police Department, the FTC, City and State Attorney, BBB, Secretary of State and a few other entities. They need to be investigated and SHUT DOWN! I have attempted to speak with the manager Jeremy of this hotel and he was very rude, abrasive, unprofessional and hung up the phone in mid conversation. Once the investigation is complete, I will be pressing charges against the individual and the hotel. BEWARE! They may be doing this to other guests.
