Identity theft Ripoff

I am sending this email to inform the management what was done with my credit card number from one of the baily's employee. My card number was stolen from the girl who checked me into the hotel. I called on saturday talked to the manager at the front desk lizzette and she said she would get back to me and never did as of yet. Know i am giong to be staying with you guys again and now i think im going to transfer my reservation to another location. Besides the room being horrible i feel like my personal life was violated my your employee. Im not sure if background checks are made at this location for employees or not. Since i have not recieved a response from lizette i am going to my local police station with my lawyer and making a report of identity theft and for my personal life being violated my a baily's employee. I am really upset this has happened to me. I enjoyed bally's hotel but now i an scared to go back.
