Offered a free trial, but charges you credit card. I found little or wrong information about my family. I cancelled in 24 hours and sent them a protest, yet they keep on charging my account. RIPOFF Internet

While advertising a free trial, they get your card number and never credit back the first month. There information on my family was limited and most of it was wrong. They have my mother alive and won't report on her side even though she is long deal. I got an 800# and tried to call them. After being on hold for 40 minutes, they just disconnected me. They need a class action suit to stop this constant fraud.
