I have had my computer 5 months was told for the 249.99 that it would protect my computer on anything even if I drop it or if my drink got on it it would be replace. Took it in was told it can take over a month to get it back no set date of return and no replacement has to go for repair three time befour you can get it replace as a student who has that time three month without a computer as a student not very protected if you ask me. And was only told it isn't their issues i will be with without a computer, a 1400 dollar computer lasting 5 months. Wow!
