Electronics and household app.
I bought a brand new very expensive, high-end laptop computer in July. About 2 months after I bought it, it started acting up. At times it refused to start up and would go to a screen that I have never seen before on a computer. The longer I held onto the computer, the more frequently it did this. It was still under Toshiba's warranty so I sent it back to their office nearest to my home. They kept it for two months. I kept calling them to see where my computer was since it should not take this long to repair. Apparently, they forgot that they even had my computer there. So, finally they did "fix" it and I got it back. Only they did not fix it. It still refused to boot up properly all the time. I put up with it for a while because it seemed like it was acting up less frequently. It started to act up more often again so I sent it back for a second time. It seemed to work fine when I got it back this time at first. Unfortunately, that repair did not last either. I called the company and complained and I told them that I am a student (at the time) and a graphic designer, therefore I need this computer because of the nature of my business and how I make my livelihood. They outright said that they did not care.
