We signed up for a trial of aol travel advantage for 1 month 3 yrs. Ago and for the next 3 years they have been illegally removing $80.00 a year for services we never used or new we ad.
Only when we stopped using our previous bank and decided not to close it, but keep it open for awhile longer, did we discover that it was being taken out with out our permission.
It cost us over drafts on our account and then they re-submitted it again for another over draft charge. We did not give them permission to deduct a single dime from our account, EVER.
I am asking for a full refund of our money illegally removed from our account and overdraft charges in the amount of $290.00.
