Aol
Liar, Cheats and Corrupt Organization New Jersey

Internet & Web

I used AOL for a 45-day trial period and cancelled a few days before the membership was over in Jan. On 30 March I checked my checking account and I had a charge of $28.90 from AOL. I called AOL and spoke to Teddy Ellis, he claimed my fax did not receive enough information and it was not processed. This is a lie because I included all information requested from AOL.

All I got was a bunch of excuses he had the nerve to try to enroll me in another free trial period. This is dishonest and my account was robbed by AOL. I will do everything I can to make sure they don't do this to anyone else.
