Ripoff scam steal charges sweepstakes

I was billed 14.95 on my phone bill by the company. I never subscribed to any newsletters or did any sweepstakes or downloaded anything. I called the number and apparently it was some sort of service to block pop-ups and stuff (maybe the 14.95 would have been worth it if I had GOT this software...). And I'm filing this report and hopefully these people can be stopped because it could happen a lot more.
