Ripoff, unauthorized charges for outside companies, refusal to block charges from outside sources, refusal to remove charges from bill from unknown outside sources

I switched my mobile phone service in August to Sprint. I cannot complain about the service itself. As for customer service and billing problems... Good luck getting answers or a valid resolution. The first month of my service I was charged for what I was told was premimum text messaging services from an outside company and that these charges could not be removed from my bill. I was also told that I could "block" accidental or other purchases by logging on to the website and disallowing web content purchases. I did that the very same day.

Well, guess what the past two months I have had multiple charges show up on bill for the same reason..."I must have requested it" HA! Do I have dumbass or moneybags written on my forehead? I think not!
After speaking with customer service again and going thru the usual transfer from department to department finding out I had the right one the first time around. Finally, then low and behold yet another representative who can barely speak let alone understand english and has no idea what is going on. They only say one thing... You need to pay...

To my dismay yet again I must have subscribed to some sort of outside premium text service. The only thing I can do is PAY! They claim to have no control over charges from an outside provider placing charges on your bill. Again, nothing I can do but PAY.

Yet again, when I asked how to stop these charges I was told not to purchase anything and to get a "hold" on my spending habits. GGRRR I even inquired about removing text messaging from my phone plan altoghether. Guess what, that dosen't stop it either. Seems there no way to rid myself of these outside rip off charges... End Service with Sprint??
