I sent poolwarehouse.com almost $10,000 for a pool kit with tech. Support. Everything went ok till i started digging the pool. The drawings were not good enough to dig by there were no less than 8 calls made for information to dig the pool by. Then when putting the wall panels in place it was discovered that some of them are defictive, warped. I sent in pictures also and well the tech line (800-894-4876) that connected me to hydra the makers of the panels kept giving me the run around for many days saying that it was poolwarehouse's fault that nancy at poolwarehouse.com needed to send it the paperwork for the panels to be replaced. Well nancy at poolwarehouse.com kept telling me that she had done just that and that hydra, a division of plastic industries both what are located in tn. Number 800-894-4876 said that the panels are not defective. So i got a pool installer of many years to look at them and he stated that they were to defective. Well it stands at this, nancy at poolwarehouse.com locaten in knoxville, tn number 800-515-1747 tells me that hydra will not replace the defective wall panels. Which they sold them as having a lifetime warranty.

Poolwarehouse.com and Hydra a division of Plastic Industries all located in TN will not replace the defictive panels. Good luck if you buy from Poolwarehousel.com...

Keep in mind that other pool companies sell the products made by HYdra. So ASK who makes the pool wall panels.
