They charge my card, and then tell me I do not have an registered account

I received a charge from this website and then contacted their customer support, and they told me they could not find an active account with my email address. They told me that they would be contacting me in a couple days to continue with the refund, and those couple days have come and gone, and no refund or contact. They are ridiculous and scammers.
