Ripoff don't send products reverse the charges no replies St Petersburg

Orderer a program in November as of today the 23rd Of March still don't have it. They claimed the holiday seasons put them back and that I would be receiving it any day.
After many and I mean many emails, nothing. I asked for aa refund in Jan said that it takes 3 to 4 weeks to process the refund. That should have been my first warning, after repeated emails with threats that I would report them to the better business bu. And the State Attorney Generals office, all they did was say that it had been refunded. When I asked for a check # and issuing bank, or the authorization # for the credit card refund, the reply I received back was Rep 1 replys...
As you will note no reply. This is a big rip off. They got $35.31 of our money. Ty
