Took my money and did not send the product

In November I placed and online order for software, the order totaled $40.81. To date I have not gotten anything. I have been in contact with these people via email, but they keep play games telling me to have my CC reverse the charges and such. They will not give a phyical address or phone number.

I would like to forward all of the communication between myself and this online vender. To show how lightly they take this matter of taking money from people.
