On Jan. 30 I ordered Windows XP disc from OEMSALES.Biz. They said it would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Nothing came. I reported it to the company at the end of March (8 weeks) and they said they would refund my credit card. I just tried to contact the company again (5/10/04) to no avail.
