Digital Downloads are a nightmare

I used to use Direct2Drive and never had a single troubleshooting problem with them. It was always pay, download from their website, install, play. Now that Gamefly has taken over the service every game i try to download is riddled with problems. I end up troubleshooting games for 5 hours just to get them to work. This isn't worth your time this company sucks. Their customer service blows you off with generic answers after you tell the before they answer that you tried those BS generic answers.
