I purchased this item for my laptop and it didnt work, i end up taken my laptop to be fixed and payed almost two hundred dollar and it took care of eveything and then some. I sent a e-mail for a refund and three weeks later nothing, no number and no return e-mail. You took my money but i didnt use the service and still cant use it.
