Hacking of Accounts

Somehow my kid's account gets hacked. Support won't take any action. Somebody hacked in and spent his crowns and gold. He was online and got a message that someone was logging on and he was kicked out. When he was able to log back on a few minutes later his account of crowns and gold were gone. Support takes no action. They say he must have given his info out for this to happen. No way did this happen.
