Twenty dollars taken but no Castleville crowns received

I received no crowns. They are used to buy things in the game of Castleville. They also took twenty crowns that I had from their VIP promotion.

Twenty dollars should have added 179 crowns to my game account, plus twenty more crowns that were wiped out (twenty dollars).
