Poor Customer Sevice

I requested hardwood for my cellar. It had been shipped on 2 big pallets covered in plastic. No problem - The shipping guy was good enough to put the pallets before my storage. I observed 1 container on the top that was obviosuly broken and had damaged tile, and so I created notice of it about the shipping slide and also the supply guy quit. It got me 2 hours to sell the hardwood into my storage. During this period I observed a few more broken containers and some damaged tile.installment wasn't immediately, and so I experienced the hardwood within the span of 14 days and discovered many more damaged tile (not apparent in the exterior) plus some hardwood by having an obvious manufactuing deficiency (red spots). I informed FloorMall. They desired pictures, and so I sent pictures. They needed a few of the faulty tile, and so I delivered them some tile. After many weeks, I obtained alternative tile for that faulty tile, but Floormall stated they'd togo through the delivery organization for that broken tile. Meanwhile, the cellar was tiled, but I'd to create alternative ideas for that stairwell in the place of hardwood. After 4 WEEKS and many emails (all started on my component) Floormall stated the delivery business might just return the 1 container I mentioned about the delivery report.
