I visited Emser to buy some hardwood wax in the guidance of my tile company. I requested straight concerning the volume of the wax I'd require plus they study in my experience off the container. I mentioned that I believed it'd protect nicely plus they recommended I purchase additional to “be safe” When The hardwood was mounted and covered I understood I'd two times as muchas I needed. I returned towards the shop plus they declined to come back the sealer stating they don’t return after thirty days and they don’t return wax. These details wasn't told me once they oversold the merchandise. They really recommended I return it to some rival. Which appears to me like taking. They worker was apologetic and agreed to request the supervisor. The supervisor was fast to decline and become rude. I'm a company that has completed a lot of work-in the region. She stated she'd never heard about me and was very rude and unprofessional.
