The floor shipped was equally broken and faulty. Floormall declined to come back our calls as we reported. After more than 40 times of awaiting aid, the maker made the decision to truly have the floor obtained back and we would obtain a 100% reimbursement plus price of any work. Floormall required four weeks to provide a partial reimbursement; the stored component like a 'restocking charge' (as though we needed the floor delivered; our demand had been to swap-out the substance, to not return it).
