Can't get anyone on the phone, no responses to my email

Requested a product and was informed it had been on backorder for one more month. Can not get anybody about the telephone, no reactions to my mail. Additionally, they did not approach the cost on my charge card bill yet and so I cannot challenge it. Appears questionable... I ought to've googled them!
