I ordered 32 yards a month ago and still have not seen it

I requested 32 meters per month before but still haven't noticed it. I've mail them, named them, as well as attempted to "live chat" with somebody however for some cause, throughout their business hours, there's NEVER anybody ready to chat; may they truly be that hectic? I'm an event planner and required the material for a meeting, I'm therefore pisses, and thus may be the event sponsor.
