Double billed for more that I ordered

When Called 866-389-3899 to place order over phone for TV advertisement of the TOTAL PILLOW the automated system took my order. I couldnt understand the system as the voice is choppy with pauses and appears to be malfunctioning. I received email confimration one month later for order and then when I received order found I was billed 3 times more than what I ordered. Called company and found they billed me for 5 pillow when I ordered only one. They told me I would be reimbursed but not for the 70.00 in shipping and handling. They charged me for their billing error! Dont order anything from this company. They are a scam and it took 6 weeks to get product, no confirmation response for what they actually charge you until you get the product.
