I order (2) Dream Lites Pillow Pets from Ontel Products Corporation on 07/15, which cost $29.95 a piece, (2) DC adaptors $6.95 each. The shipping and handling chargers were very high $15.90 Plus $1.00 processing fee. Total cost 90.70. A month later I still have not received the merchandise. I have called repeatedly to tract the order but the customer services are terrible. They tell me that the complaint has been sent to corporate headquarters and that someone will contact me. I have not received a call. So I asked for a direct number to call corporate myself, the responds is they are not allowed to give that number out.
I found that this company as a (F) rating with the Better Business Bureau. And has many disgruntled customers. I am asking for a refund of my money.
