Company added a fee to our monthly AT&T phone bill

Since I've ordered the Internet for my children to help them with their homework, I've been charged a monthly fee from this company www.sbo-online.org/survivalfee. I Government can close any company or individuals business they want. Why will they not help us get rid of this low life individuals company that causing alot of grief, unless they're getting some type of kick back off of it or maybe they're the one's who made it to begin with.
