CostDropper.com
Cost Dropper, Auctions are unjustified, unlawful, and not legitimate (I thought I won, but then I didn't...)

Internet & Web

Please see the email I sent to Customer Service about my experience. I will keep everyone posted re: this matter...

To Whom it May Concern:

I recently took part in a COSTDROPPER Auction on 7-9-11 for an APPLE IPAD 2. While there were a couple points I had the leading bid and the clock hit 00:00: 00 (but the auction continued), there was a particular moment when I had the winning bid at $25.04, the window closed and it stated "ENDED." The auction area then reopened, as the clock restarted and the bidding resumed.

This seems unjustifiable and unlawful. The overall outcome was pretty clear. I am reaching out, providing you with an opportunity to make this right. If you do not feel it necessary to respond or cooperate with this request, it will force me to report your company and contact the necessary parties in an effort to correct this issue.

I look forward to working with you on this matter.
