Hannahcoupons.com Paid for items but this company never sent them!

I paid for three items from this company. None were listed as being out of stock. I also paid for expeditied shipping. After a week had gone by of not receiving the order I placed a phone call to the company. I was told that the expedited shipping just meant that it would actually go into the mail this week. When the person on the phone said I "should have received my order by now", he offered to refund the amount for the expedited shipping. He went through verifying credit card info and everything that made it actually sound as if I was getting a refund. Surprise-no refund at all ever went through. I have sent two emails asking about where the order is and also about what happened to the promised refund. Both have gone unanswered. Fast forward another week, and I try to call again and now get no answer. I still haven't received the original order. My only next zero is going to be that I have to report them to my card company and bank to get my money back, as I'm sure they don't have a plan to remedy the situation at this company. I will have to go through the hassel of having a whole new card issued too, and all that goes along with changing the numbers. People like this shouldn't be allowed to operate a business. If they're too incompetent to mail a package, they have no business running any type of business. I hope nobody else falls for these people and their scam!
