Black Box Networking Services Claimed to not have received a returned item even though proof is available

We ordered one of their products and it arrived DOA and received an exchange. After a few weeks, we determined that the product was still not working correctly and it was returned. An RMA was issued by their customer service team and it was sent back via FedEx with proof of delivery. They claimed non receipt even though we could provide valid tracking details and information showing proof of delivery. The situation is going through the courts now as we have provided as much proof as we possibly could to resolve the situation.

On a side notes, their ethernet cables and networking supplies are overpriced. If you want ethernet cables, go to buy or amazon, they're a lot cheaper.
