Accessed my Email and sent spam to my contacts Atlanta, Georgia

My mother used my email address to check this site out, and didn't buy anything. That seemed to give these idiots the impression that they had permission to go in my email account and send spam to my contacts. However, I saved my contacts to a different program, and deleted them off my email account. I tried sending them an e-mail telling them to stop and cancel whatever, but the message came back to me from Mailer-Daemon.
