Guitar hero 3 legends of rock
Disc scratched by console

While playing guitar idol 3 stories of stone fo xbox 360 console my system scratched the disk. The disk has become unreadable and that I have approached the store who stated it's microsoft or your obligation to displace the damaged item. I've attempted microsoft who declare no obligation and were many unhelpful. They claim it's your obligation to displace the broken product. I really hope you'll be much more helpfull than them.

Getting excited about an optimistic means to fix my issue.
