They have taken £75 from my account and now I can not get hold of them and they will not reply to any emails

I requested these items because of the proven fact that I had been happening vacation and just gave birth 8 weeks before therefore was experiencing nervous... It's stated that all you've got to pay for is G&G yet in the booklet they deliver you it claims should you maintain the merchandise they'll ask you for £75, however should you contact them-and deliver it back within 2 weeks you'll not be billed. I approached them via e-mail since you can't-get through about the phone also it got them 4 times to respond... To inform me my subscription have been ended... What membership? They've obtained £75 from my consideration and today I can't acquire them-and they'll not answer any emails. This can be a total fraud DON'T ATTEMPT!
