Billed my acct, did not deliver DVDis!

The corporation delivered a contact that my purchase was delivered. I never obtained the purchase and approached them. They apologized and stated they'd deliver a different one out - which was 8 weeks before. Obviously they charged my consideration once they allegedly delivered my product. I have delivered many emails without any reaction. We're a-one money household and $70 was LOTS OF cash for all of US to invest on the present.
