Charged for Text Messaging

For the last 2 months i have been charged $56.00 and $60.00 forn text messages i have been receiving from someone i don't have a clue about. Think this is obscene. I am 60 years and do not text. If i am not reimbursed for this i will take legal action just on the prinicple. This is the worst scam i have ever heard of.
