Jacob's Trading Company Rip Off Scam

I ordered two of these end tables thinking I was getting a good deal. However, when I received them, both packages had damaged parts. One had a post that was not manufactured correctly and could not be repaired by me. The other had been packed with the table top face down on the screw packet causing deep gouges and scratches. I immediately contacted the company, Websbestdeals, explained what I received and requested a refund. I received a response from someone named John who asked If I would be willing to take a partial refund since I was able to make one good table out of the parts. I agreed even though I did not know what I was going to do with one odd table. He agreed to send me a prepaid label and refund my money upon its return. At this point I thought everything was going well. However, after three days and receiving no label I contacted John to ask where it was. I received no response. I emailed a couple more times and nothing. I had no choice but to file an Amazon claim. After John learned of my claim he then contacted me with a nasty email telling me I was wasting my time and to withdraw the claim. I responded but received a message that they were no longer accepting my emails. A few days later, Amazon investigators sent me an email stating that the seller agreed to refund my money and would send a prepaid label. Guess what??? They never sent the label. I again tried emailing the company to get them to send me the label, but no response. I had no choice but to file an appeal with Amazon. At this point I have been dealing with this everyday for about a month and am very frustrated. This company is obviously a total scam with no intentions of sending you a good product or standing behind their sales. Save yourself this kind of headache and buy elsewhere. I have since learned that they purchase returned items from other sellers. This means that they knowingly or at least had reason to beleive they were selling me damaged goods from the start.
