Reunite Tonight.com Ripped off Paid for results and received nothing

I paid $19.95 for their search results and never got them. My account was charged withing 24 hours, yet it has been weeks and I still don't have my results.

I have used their customer service page and informed them that I have not received my results on many occasions over the last four weeks. That page tells you a reply will be provided within 24 hours.

I have yet to receive that reply. Hope others will come forward and report this company. At 20 bucks a clip, they are making more then enough to pay for their website.
