When your finished you recieve a email that they found who you are looking for and for 19.95 you will get results or a full price refund, after this process you never hear from them agian. They have all these web sites but you cant get through there is always a problem and the toll free number is always busy which is strange because this is a business. They need to stop tricking and stealing peoples money.
